Business coaching that rewires how you lead

We work with founders, directors and senior managers who know their company could perform better but can't pinpoint what's stuck. Our coaching identifies the friction, builds a plan and holds you to it.

Who we are

Business coaching session in a modern office

Leadership Coach Hub started because too many business owners were paying for advice they never acted on. Our founder spent twelve years inside fast-growth companies, watching the same patterns stall teams: unclear priorities, avoidance of hard conversations, strategy decks that gathered dust.

So we built a coaching practice around doing. Every session ends with a concrete commitment. Every follow-up starts by reviewing whether you kept it. That sounds simple. It is. But simplicity is what most consultants avoid, because complexity justifies higher fees.

We coach individuals and small leadership teams across Scotland and the wider UK, both in person and remotely. Most engagements run between three and nine months, depending on what you're trying to change.

What we do

Each service is structured around measurable outcomes, not vague promises of "growth."

One-to-one executive coaching

Fortnightly 90-minute sessions with a single leader. We work on decision-making habits, delegation patterns and the specific blockers you face this quarter. Between sessions you complete targeted exercises that take no more than 20 minutes a day.

Leadership team alignment

A six-session programme for teams of two to eight. We map where each person thinks the company is heading, expose the gaps, and build a shared operating rhythm. Most teams leave with a 90-day plan they actually believe in.

Business strategy sprints

A concentrated two-week engagement. We audit your revenue model, customer acquisition costs and team structure, then deliver a prioritised action list. Ideal for founders preparing for investment rounds or major pivots.

Growth accountability programme

Monthly check-ins over six to twelve months. You set your own targets. We track progress, challenge excuses and adjust the plan when reality shifts. This is for leaders who already know what to do but struggle to follow through consistently.

Workshop facilitation

Half-day or full-day workshops for offsite events. Topics include conflict resolution for leadership teams, quarterly planning, and hiring strategy for scaling companies. We design the agenda around your specific situation, not a template.

New manager onboarding

First-time managers get four coaching sessions over their first 90 days in role. We cover the shift from individual contributor to leader: how to give feedback, run a useful one-to-one, and manage former peers without losing trust.

How it works

Four stages. No mystery.

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation where you tell us what's going on. We listen, ask a few pointed questions and decide together whether coaching is the right fit. No charge, no obligation.

Diagnostic

We review your business data, interview key stakeholders if appropriate, and map the gap between where you are and where you want to be. This takes about a week.

Coaching engagement

Regular sessions begin. Each one follows a tight structure: review commitments, tackle the next priority, agree on actions. We record key takeaways so nothing gets lost.

Review and next steps

At the agreed endpoint we measure progress against your original goals. Some clients continue with lighter-touch accountability. Others are done. Both outcomes are fine.

What clients say

"I came in thinking I needed a new strategy. Turns out I needed to stop changing strategy every six weeks. The coaching helped me commit to one direction and actually see it through. Revenue grew 28% in the following year."

"The team alignment sessions were uncomfortable at first. We discovered that three of us had completely different visions for the company's next two years. Getting that into the open saved us from a slow-motion breakup."

"I was promoted to head of department with zero management training. Four sessions in, I stopped dreading Monday mornings. My team's engagement scores went from 54% to 78% within two quarters."

Frequently asked questions

One-to-one executive coaching runs from £450 per session. Team alignment programmes start at £3,200 for six sessions. We quote fixed fees upfront so there are no surprises. The discovery call is free.
Most of our clients run businesses with five to fifty employees. We've also coached solo founders and directors inside larger organisations. The common thread is that the person we're coaching has real decision-making authority.
Yes. About 70% of our sessions are on video call. In-person sessions are available across Scotland and can be arranged elsewhere in the UK with advance notice.
We review progress at the midpoint of every engagement. If you feel the coaching isn't delivering value, you can end the arrangement without penalty. We'd rather part on good terms than drag out something that isn't right.
Consultants typically analyse your problem and hand you a report. We do some of that in the diagnostic phase, but the bulk of the work is about changing your behaviour and decision-making as a leader. The insight has to come from you for it to stick.
